Refund policy

For a return to be considered the following must be applicable:

1. The item(s) must be in an unopened and re-saleable condition.

2. You must notify us at your earliest convenience and confirm in writing, i.e. by letter or email (and in any case no more than seven days after receipt of your goods) that you wish to return them, whereupon you will be given instructions on how and where to return them.

3. Return postage costs are the liability of the customer.
